Blooms the Chemist want to better connect with their customers and have chosen to highlight this focus through the “Our People, Our Community” campaign. This video forms part of a wider series celebrating their staff, customers and communities across their 100+ network of stores.
In this instalment of the series, In the loupe travelled to Goulburn, NSW to cover the story of Katrina, who’s son Noah was a Make-A-Wish recipient after his cancer diagnosis.
In the loupe covered the local stores fundraising for Make-A-Wish, with all funds going to children with serious illnesses. The power of the Wish process can be seen through the story of Noah, giving hope to children diagnosed with serious illnesses. Noah got his very own motorbike which allowed him to take his mind off his treatments, leave the hospital and gave him hope for the future.
Since 2016, the Blooms The Chemist network has helped raise over $300,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Each day six families across Australia receive the news that their child has a serious illness. There are 2,000 really sick kids and teenagers who need the healing power of a wish.
Blooms the Chemist use the long form video format to tell a real story, in order to improve their brand reach and customer voice across social media.
